Saturday, December 29, 2018 Danish kransekage - wreath cake - first attempt. The wreaths are uneven and the icing went awry, obviously too thin, so it's a pretty messy kransekage. Relatively uncomplicated to make, but I should probably try to get some ring molds and thicken up the icing for the next attempt.

Sunday, December 23, 2018 Baldr turned eight in November and hasn't missed a beat. I missed the focus here a bit though. The tree on the left is sharp, but it wasn't running and jumping.
