Tuesday, November 27, 2018 Mobile phone capture of this morning's view upon rising. What was supposed to be rain turned into 3-4 inches of sloppy wet snow, with another 3-4 inches falling through the morning. This created some problems, and at one point today, 98% of the town was without power.
