Grass
Grass has sprung up and flourished along the beginning of the Wilderness Trail. This is due to the increased exposure to sunlight after last year's logging. This image of Baldr in the grass was taken earlier this week.

Baldr checks to make sure that I'm still in view on our walk today.

UPS
Hey, it's Baldr! I'm filling in for the man.
Today a brown truck stopped here
It was full of boxes
I sneaked in the back of the truck to check it out
The Lady did not see me.
The man says it's lucky I was discovered or I might have gone to Acworth!
I've never been to Acworth

Rain

Blueberries

Pitcher Mountain Sunset
A quick trip up Pitcher Mountain after dinner for a nice summer sunset.
Firetower
At 2153 feet, Pitcher Mountain is small in stature. The panoramic view, however, is incredibly commanding and far reaching, hence the presence of the state owned and operated fire tower.

Pick Your Own
The Pitcher Mountain wild blueberries are ready for picking. Ian spent much of last week working to open the trails in the blueberry fields atop the mountain. I picked 4 quarts on Sunday evening.
