A visual spectacle of ice-covered trees alongside Route 123 in Stoddard yesterday afternoon. The temperature was below zero and the wind was howling, making image composition difficult. This is the best I could manage under the brutal conditions and it does not do justice to the visual reality.

Oliver the Clydesdale boarded the horse bus in Stoddard this morning and after a short ride, disembarked in Marlow.
Phelena the Cheval Canadien from Swanzey also arrived.
They are planning to stay for awhile.
